Hello Fellow Family,
I am a little better today. I went and worked out my anger frusteration's at the gym... It was only when I got up today, that I realized, that the workout got the best of me... I don't remember being that mad, that I would abuse my own body like that... But it was a good pain because, "No Pain, No Gain"... I feel as if I had been run over by a Mack truck, not once, but twice... But enough of that, just keeping in touch...
